LL Bean 10K

The LL Bean 10K has been a recent favorite of mine for the past few years, but this Fourth of July I was accompanied by several teammates. Making the trip up to Freeport were Mike Griffin (33:16, 3rd overall), Matt Germain (35:17, 5th overall), Caitlyn Clark (39:04, 2nd female), and myself in 40:37. It was a beautiful course and worth noting that the only woman to beat Caitlyn was none other than the legendary Joan Benoit-Samuelson!
